How to remove packed.rolex virus? Help

I don't know how this virus appeared, it just randomly started appearing yesterday. I ran AVG and it didn't let me remove it. I ran Malewarebytes in safe mode and it did not find it. I ran combofix and here's the log.

Run HJT Scan only select and fix the below

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file)

Then for Rolex do the below

Download the below in full mode to be run in Safe Mode

Get SuperAntiSpyWare install and update
Update your existing MalwareBytes AntiSpyware

Download DrWeb Curit from here http://www.snapfiles.com/get/cureit.html

Now do the below before booting to Safe Mode with Networking

Left Drag mouse and Copy for Pasting all text in the box below.
Make sure the slider bar goes to bottom from the @ to the end of the second exit.
Then paste to the black screen of an open command prompt.

del /f /q /s c:\SKYNET*.*

exit
exit

Once in Safe Mode networking do the copy paste operation above again! Then run MBAM Quickscan and post log if not clean. If not clean run MBAM again until clean.

Then same with SAS!

Finally run Cureit.

If a reboot is required do not go back to normal but back to Safe Mode!

i tried this same fix and ran into one problem:

when i try to paste the text into the command prompt
only the first two lines show?.. is that normal?

if i paste into a blank notepad the whole thing shows but inthe command prompt only the first two line show up...

what am i doing wrong?

ran all the listed programs.. malwarebytes found 2 items and fixed them but the avg pop ups are still as strong as ever.. help?
