How to remove PC history?

Can someone help on how to permanently delete my pc history such as temporary files/internet files how to remove deleted files and how to keep pc from recording what you do?

If you want to completely get rid of everything reformat you're computer and then everything will be gone.

2 Options:
1. Use privacy mode (ie: porn mode) in the latest beta versions of IE8 and Firefox
2. Use an Encrypted Filesystem. With an encrypted filesystem a password is needed to decrypt your data, without it all the person see's is giberish.

Important Note! If you to use an encrypted filesystem you should backup your encryption keys using the Windows tools to do so

It is impossible to regain access to your encrypted files if you somehow lose your encryption keys (e.g. corrupt disk drive) and didn't back them up correctly!​

Your pc and Windows is made so that it records everything you do. You cannot stop it from doing this. Run a 3rd party program like CC Cleaner like Kimsland suggested to get rid of all the records.
