I have been suffering this problem since yesterday. while working on it?

Depends on specifics relating to your system.
This usually appears when some version of Windows has done some stuff to your registry and installed OS which needs to be fully integrated with the rest of the OS and with the specific hardware in your system. Windows being Windows can do this a number of times in order to get things right. Installing Win7 and getting updates can cause this to happen 10-12 times spread over several days.
