How to remove useless windows background services and processes that show the pc?

There are a lot services and processes working in the windows background. How can I remove these processes that are slow down my pc. I confuse to make changes in setting because most are windows services and processes. Help me in this regards.

If they are running, it's for a reason, if you want a full cleanup uninstall anything you don't actually use.

I just remembered on older computers I used a software called GameBooster, it listed all the services that were safe to disable, maybe graphical things, take a look at it.
