How to restore and SAVE xlsx the file?

Is it possible to restore the excel-file from Office 2013? The file was on a flash card, something in it glitched. the file ceased to open in Excel. I read much on the Internet, I tried many different programs - really opens only version 5,76 ExcelFix tool. But it paid and a very expensive to opening of one file ($140). And Demo version only opens, but doesn't keep Maybe still there are what effective methods or not expensive?
