How to share files between Windows and Android devices connected to a same Wifi

Hello guys,

My windows 7 x64 Desktop PC is connected to a wireless router via an ethernet cable. My HP Android tablet is also connected to that router by Wifi. I think I can share files between the two devices if I can deploy a network between them. Have you any experience on this issue, if so, please guide me on that.

Not possible by default. There are android apps that will let you do this like ES File Explorer. I used a guide similar to this when doing this for a client. https://www.cnet.com/how-to/share-files-between-android-and-windows-with-es-file-explorer/

The Steps there weren't properly written so I couldn't get the connection done. I'm using Bluetooth for that purpose now. But thanks for your answer.
