How well will Skyrim and Witcher 2 run on this?

I made a thread stating my final build here
Only thing I've changed from that build is the motherboard.

Anyways, basically I'm building a slightly temporary computer for a few months, and I'd like to run Witcher 2 hopefully on high, and if it can run Skyrim on high, Ill pick it up for PC instead of PS3. So what settings will I be looking at for Skyrim and Witcher 2?

Antec Modular 550W
CORSAIR Vengeance 1x 4GB
LG Optical CD/DVD
AMD Phenom II X4 955
XFX HD 6870
ASRock AM3 Mobo

If you have some comment about my build, please do it in the other thread, because that's not what I'm looking fore here.

This build looks great, if you could buy more ram then that would be the only think i would change.

Both games have very similar recommended requirements (list below) which you meet easily and high shouldn't give you any issues; ultra might need some tweaking if you're playing at 1920x1080 however.

Regarding your PC, I'd second Dustins suggestion for 8gb's of RAM, especially at the current low prices which is a steal imo. I also have a very similar build to yours and I am quite satisfied with how it performs in games. The 955 OC's very nicely too which should give you a small boost if you are up to it.
