HP P7-1126s GPU upgrade

I have a p7-1126s, AMD quad core, 6gb ram 300 watt power supply.
I need an upgrade to the video with at least 512mb onboard memory.
Are there any known NVIDIA GPUs that will work with this machine?

Maybe a GT220? What do you need the card for?
