HP Tools drive E Windows 7 full

My hp tools drive is full there is nothing but a whole bunch of files that I can't open and I can't delete but I keep getting this system message saying that it is full and I don't know what to do or if I should use a program like CCleaner to wipe the drive. I think it may have infor for system recovery but there is also a drive and my that says Recovery so I could be wrong I'm just very confused about this right now.

This HP Tools partition is not meant to be accessed outside of the HP Utilities. You can delete the E partition to gain hard drive space, but like I said the E drive is only accessed when you enable the appropriate HP Utility. You should also see a Recovery partition
