    Patents the only thing where you can bs your way to instant free money without inventing or producing or owning anything.

    Perhaps, but it is a two way street. You can also infringe on a patent, and make a whole pant load of money before you get caught.
  4. Looks like we got another patent troll with Nokia(which is MS owned). Technology patent I can understand but Design patent not. How many designs of a rectangular phone can you make which are saleable en comfortable to us for a consumer before you infringe in a patent of another design.
  5. You don't understand Nokia is not owned by Microsoft... Nokia only sell there Device and Services Division not the entire Nokia... Microsoft only license to use Nokia patents as part of there deal...
