I can't install my sound card or cant find the right installer

After i reformat my PC i Download some driver but the Problem is i dont know what sound card i have i tried several software such as DriverRobot 1.0 and Device Doctor etc. but i cant download the real Deal, i Download some device installer but its crashing i the middle of installing and some are Error said No device found Reboot your system

PLSS help im dying here

Search Intel for AC'97 audio card or audio drivers... A variety of those on the Intel site will work fine. You can also use a search engine to look for AC'97 drivers.

For a better ID, look at the audio chip on your motherboard, and search by the identification numbers on the chip.
