I disabled my display adapter

[Howdy]

So I’m using Windows 10 and I being the dummy I am disabled my display adapter (Nvidia GeForce GTX1050) and now I can’t re enable it because I can only see
My background not my desktop and
Yea I’d appreciate some help thx!

Edit: so I followed the steps listed here https://www.techspot.com/community/...nt-see-safe-mode-or-vga-mode-wont-work.68901/ (keystrokes to through the device manager without seeing it) however after following it, (with narrator on) the option says disable device when it’s already disabled. Then I hit enter on that and it says No button Alt + n. So I’m at a loss right now

Clarify... Windows 10 32 or 64?....you have a display of the background? ....before signing in? .... after signing in?... the part of the desktop you are missing is what? folder? all icons? taskbar?

Windows 64 bit...yes I have a display of the background after signing in...I’m missing all icons and folders I can o my see the taskbar and my background and when I open stuff on the taskbar I can’t see the windows they open up and I’m pretty sure that link is for a different problem
