I hate Dell!

So I have a D830 Latitude I purchased while in Iraq and Dell refuses to help. Completely out thanks to the Gray Screen Of Misery.

I do not know if anyone can help but here is service tag: 2YZD23J-595B.

Just trying to get this expensive door stop running again.
 
My advice in this situation is to take it to a qualified technician, as it will save you time, and troubleshooting the actual issue will be more easier, although obviously it will cost some money.
