why this happens?

We need a whole lot more information from you like when does it shut down. Are you finding it shuts down occasionally and randonmly or only when you do specific things like surfing the web or playing a game?

How long has this been going on?

Did you change anything to your PC?

well its hapens recently and its a lot doing when im in the web especially, and when i play games it goes out of them.
teh only thing i did is put kaspersky internet security( brings everything antivirus ect.)
and i play games from ijji.com

Were these issues happening before or after you installed Kaspersky?

If these issues have only started occuring after you installed kaspersky then I would venture the guess that you need to configure Kaspersky correctly in order to avoid the conflicts.

If it continues I strongly suggest going to Kaspersky's community forums and see what advice they can give.

I suggest this is a probably a ram problem.

Test each stick of ram individually using Memetest86+ as per these instructions.

If Memtest gives you errors, then your ram is bad.

OK THIS IT WHAT I DID, I RUN THE SYSTEM WITH 1, THEN THE OTHER
AND WHEN OF THEM GIVE ME A LOT OF PROBLEMS, BLUE SCRRENS, INTERNET OUT ECT.
SO NOW IM CHEKING ON THIS ONE( BAD THIN IS THE LOWEST 256)
FOR NOW NO BLUE SCREEN, NOTHING WITHTHIS ONE.
THE OTHER ONE WAS NEW, SO WHAT HAPPEN, OVER HEAT, WHAT COULD IT HAPPENTO THE MEMORY?

It could just be, that the stick of ram is not compatible with your mobo, or it could also just be faulty.

Have you run Memtest as I suggested? If not, you should do so.

I've seen them telling you , over and over again , to stop

You really must stop posting different threads for the same problem.

Not only is it confusing, but is totally pointless.

Also, when someone responds to your threads, at least have the decency to give feedback on what has been suggested, otherwise members are likely to simply stop replying as they will feel it`s a waste of their valuable time.
