I Need help in configuration of outlook 2011 with server exchange

I was using MS outlook 2010 from the starting on Windows XP and now I’m planning to upgrade it. For that I need to configure MS outlook 2011. I also wish to configure Exchange server connection over proxy. Exchange server was installed in MS outlook 2010 and worked fine but now I don’t know how to configure this. Please anyone help me.
