So when I'm trying to play a game on my laptop, it will sometimes show black pixels give an error screen and shut down, now I'm only 12 so I don't really know how to fix things like this, and I need some help- anyone know what it might be.
The most likely reason is heat issues especially if the laptop has been in use for a few years to game with. You will have to use YouTube to learn how to take it apart and clean it or it will have to go to a local computer shop to have that job done for you.
