All are very good.

"Best" is both relative and personal. Beyond 32"+IPS+10-bit , you need to develop criteria which matter to you.... warranty...pixel policy for replacement...cost....appearance both on and off....

Think about how you want to use it...does that render more criteria? etc, etc...
