Let's start at the start...

Did you read the three "stickies" by Julio at the top of the board? Did you follow the 8 steps, to the letter?

If you did, where are your other logs?

What AV are you using? What firewall? What hiccups, burps, or regurgitations have happened?

I am entering a very busy stretch for the next few days, so I may not be around, but others will be who can help you though the process. Some of the nasties will require fixes beyond the 8 steps, but the 8 steps are your starting point.
