Inactive Iexplore using 2 process

hi recently i found out iexplore has been using 2 procceses even though i have only 1 window and 1 tab, i really hope i dont have spyware in my pc so anyway here is my hIJackThis log.

IE 9 will open two iexplore.exe processes from the get go.
It'll also open more processes with more tabs open.
It's by design.

We don't use HJT around here anymore. It's an outdated tool.
