If the ad-blocking feature of Malwarebytes Browser Guard is enabled

Problem being: I do not have Malwarebytes installed on my PC! Control Panel Programs does not show it; Revo Uninstaller does not show it; a search of REGEDIT does not show it.
So what is this all about?
