If you have a Windows blue screen of death (BSOD), describe your problem in detail and please follow these instructions part of which have been copied from member Tmagic650:
Go to C:\windows\minidump and select all the .dmp files. Right-click sending these files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file to your post.
In addition if your computer was made by a major manufacturer, such as HP, Dell, Acer, etc., please post the brand and model number.
If your computer is a self-built or custom built PC, please post your computer specifications (specs) as well.
Please include brand and model of:
Motherboard
Power supply (including wattage)
CPU (processor)
RAM
Graphics card
Sound card (if any)
You may be asked to provide more information by members who try to help you. Do the best you can to provide it.
