When you attempt to unsubscribe from spam, you are confirming delivery to your inbox, that a live person has responded thus confirming you are a future target for more spam, perhaps from other spam origination sites -- AND there's no assurity that the unsubscribe will be actually honored.

What's the aim of it? I don't want to have any automated responses as I need to check everything on my own, especially what concerns my work emails.
Moreover all these bulk messages will be considered like spam in few hours. If you need to send a lot of letters it's better to do it on your own. In other case it will take no sense.
