I'm at a loss

At first I figured it was just a jacked browser because I keep getting re-directed to lame sites trying to sell me crap. I found some web.gen junk and did some removal work but now there is a non removeable wile thats invisiblein my re-cycle bin and all my programs are missing from my start button under all programs. Here is my hijack log if anyone can assist it would be greatly appreciated.

If you are using the Administrative account, it is possible that Windows created a new user account with admin access and then migrated parts of your data over. This is probably because of corruption on the part of your 'old' user account.

Give this a try:

• Right click on Start> Click on Open all users> how many programs folders do you see?
• Double click the folder to see if the programs are there.
• Right click on the Folder> Properties> If you are the only user and there is only 1 account, the Properties will show All Users in Documents & Settings.
• Double click the folder to open and check if the programs are still on the system.

This is not going to remove any malware if there is any, but it may help distinguish whether you have a system problem instead or possibly in addition.
