Inactive I'm logged onto the intenet but it won't show web pages

Hello!

I need a little help please.

A couple of days ago my computer started not showing me any web pages. I can see that I'm connected to the internet with very good signal and that some data is sent and recieved. If I try and go on anything it takes a long time, gets to 2 of the green bars and then says "internet explorer cannot display the webpage" or words to that effect.

I think it's a virus or malware of some description, but a full scan with F-secure and Spybot Search&Destroy were both normal. I tried a system restore to a week ago and a look through "Add/Remove programs" but that didn't change anything either.

I've included the report from HijackThis (below and also as an attachment) as I've noticed that's what other people with virus problems have done on here.

If anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful. Also, if you can say it in the most simple computer language on earth I'd appreciate it, as I know very little about them!

NOTE: Logs must be pasted in the replies. Attached logs will not be reviewed.

Please do not use any other cleaning programs or scans while I'm helping you, unless I direct you to. Do not use a Registry cleaner or make any changes in the Registry.

Note: I did take a look at the HJT log. I see a large number of processes running for FSecure. We may have to look into that to make sure the security isn't preventing the pages from loading.
