[Inactive] IE Problem or Virus?

Can someone help me figure out what has happened to my internet explorer? Pages are hanging up, performance is slow and it eventually crashes out and I have to reboot to start everything over. It appears that my connection to my provider is running fine...I have even connected to a few unsecured networks in my neighborhood and not seen any change.

Also, I have run a virus scan with my Symantec AntiVirus, but it did not find anything.

I have run a HJT scan and I'm posting the results below. The attachment button isn't working, so I'm putting the results in 2 posts (too long for just one post). Thanks for any help!
