Ok,I did comprehensive speed tests before and after the "tweak".

No difference.Not one bit.Zilcherooni,baby.

maybe the speed test tests the whole bandwidth inc that 20%.. when it comes down to downloading.. the 20% is reserved so only 80% is used?
i maybe wrong tho
im gonna try it on my lappy tonight or even now at work see what i can achieve

well i gave it ago .. downloads dont seem much faster imo
but pages seem to be loading up faster

yeah, in navigating on the internet, some difference can be noticed. i'm activating on other similar forum too and there almost all the people noticed this difference.
