Infected with "VBS/Small" - help needed

Hello,

My WinXP SP2 has been running clean for quite some time (after getting rid of malware with a lot of help from Howard on this forum). Right now, it seems to be infected with "VBS/Small" and while AVG does detect it, it does not remove it. The hosts file has also been modified.

I am attaching the antivirus test results and a fresh HijackThis log.

Any help will be appreciated.
