Hi guys! I got a System Check malware to my DELL laptop. Everything in the Start Menu blanked and I got into a huge panic and shut the computer off by pressing the power button. Then I started to put it on and the power went on but after a few seconds of loading the screen went blank and pressing the F8 button didn't help at all. As I know nothing about computers I decided to take the computer to specialists if they can repair it.
The thing is that I have a _really_, _really_ important .wma file on the desktop and I don't what happens if it's gone. So do you think that the specialists are able to get the file from my computer even if they can not remove the malware? They weren't pretty optimistic when I said that the Windows doesn't turn on...
What do you think? Is it possible to catch that file from my computer? I don't care about the rest of the stuff.
