Internet disconnects and won't reconnect until restart

I had the same issue, installed a new TP-Link TG-3468 network adapter. Issue went away and my internet pages come up faster.

Hi,

I have had the same issues with my laptop. I have an asus S56C, originally with windows 8 but I upgraded to windows 10. As jobeard suggested I changed the MTU and changed it to 1472 froom 1500. The issue still persists, any more advice?
