Inactive Internet download speed different among computers connected to the same network

I've been the past week and a half or so trying to resolve this issue that I've encountered. So basically my download speed on my laptop connected via wireless is around the 30 MBPS mark and is what I get on my main computer which is connected via ethernet directly to the router and I used to get speeds of around 30-35 MBPS depending on the day. I now am experiencing speeds of 10-12 MBPS and is painfully slow when playing games and causing me to play at an unstable ping and not getting the most out of my speeds.

I've come to the conclusion that it may be a virus or some sort of malicious software hence me posting on this forum. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
