Internet explorer 7

hey,guys i need some assistance.
everytime i open the internet explorer 7 in windows vista it's gives me an error dialog box titled "M3SKPLAY.EXE" with a message "This fail to start because m3skin.dll was not found"
i want correct this error in the explorer.

Does it allow any browsing ?That opens IEXplorer 7.

Do a complete Windows Vista Update.
