Inactive Internet Explorer/Firefox unable to access search engine and software update websites

I'm trying to fix a problem with a family members' computer where the internet browser (both Internet Explorer and Firefox I tried out) will not allow access to any of the popular search engine sites (save for webcrawler which doesn't fully load properly) as well as any major software update sites. I tried running various malware, anti-virus search programs (Microsoft Malware Search Tool, GridinSoft Trojan Killer, Bitdefender, although I couldn't get AVG Free to install as the installer wasn't allowed access to the website to download files for installation, and MalwareBytes after installing it would not run at all when trying to launch it.)

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Please, observe following rules:
