iPhone 7 constanly crashes

This morning I have finally decided to upgrade my iPhone 7 from iOS 10 to iOS 11.3 and now that the update is completed unfortunately several apps including Instagram and Spotify (and few other arcade games) are constantly crashing right on the startup. Is there any way to get the app working normally again? Do I need to downgrade back to iOS 10? Any help? Thanks in advance for all the responses.

Time for factory reset.

Erase your device with recovery mode to remove your passcode

1. Connect your iOS device to your computer and open iTunes. ...
2. While your device is connected, force restart it: ...
3. When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Restore. ...
4. Wait for the process to finish.
