Was trying to save/send my iPhone pictures to a specific folder on my desktop when I got a message saying something about needing a faster cord, how does one tell by looking at it?
If you have trouble connecting your phone, try a different USB cable. USB cables have different transfer speeds and not all of them can transfer files. Get help with USB problems.HOGWASH -- no such thing! Ignore it and just move on.
ODDLY ENOUGH I am using the cord that came with itYou need to use a quality analog or original Lightning cable. This is the problem.
I have tried to move on, but still says it. Will try other ports.
As previously stated, it came with an iphone. It's probably not an 'official' Apple certified cord, Apple checks and often shuts things down. You do NOT need to buy one from Apple just an 'apple certified' cord.
