Is it possible to upgrade Dell Precision 380 to Core 2 Duo?

I have Dell Precision 380. It has 3.2 Ghz processor and intel i955x mother board. Can i upgrade my computer to Core 2Duo?
Or how far I can upgrade it at most?
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I ran CPU-Z test, but couldn't find anything like that. Would you elaborate plz?

Just looked it up your motherboard has socket LGA 775 which take Core 2 duo but I would make sure the mobo supports it I hope that helps.
