I've done the 8 steps, but I'm not sure if the malicious files are gone yet. I've first done the 8 steps after I my AVG detected a virus in the file call geyekrdrfghospbe.tmp ... which I'm not exactly sure what it is. I've also attached the logs.

I would also run Avira Antivir or Avast, if you did not include them.

Ok, I see that you have Avira...
But you still have the Vundo variant on your system.. and looks like others as well. I would run Avira, SuperAntiSpyware, and Malwarebytes in <SAFE MODE> after a cold boot.
