While i try to play a game my computer shut down immediatly...The temperature while im playing is up to 80C...
plz any suggestion

That is a high temperature, especially for your CPU type. And 80C is enough to roast your finger.
The temperature should ideally never be above 65C, even under heavy load.

Usually, the computer beeps and boops before shutting down due to over-heating. However this is not always the case.

Check your BIOS! It should mention something about 'PC Health' -- inside you should find options for fan speed warnings and heat shut-down protocols. It's very easy to understand once you find it (should it be there).

My suggestion after that is:
1. Post (on this thread) the numbers you find under 'PC-Health'
2. Remove, and clean your CPU heatsink from dust.
3. Re-apply fresh thermal paste, preferably a silver-based solution.

As above. It could also be a case of the cooler being worn out, if its not massively clogged up from years of use.

A new CPU cooler like a Arctic cooling Freezer Pro 7 will not cost much (cost me like £14) and makes a huge difference. It also comes pre-applied with thermal paste.
