Inactive Is there an 'all-in-one' to get rid of Malware/spyware etc?

I just finished 'cleaning' my computer.
I ran Malwarebytes, Spybot and CCleaner.
I opened Chrome and I get the "Open software Updater/Setup OSU crap that I thought I got off my computer.
I have no extra extensions running and I checked and shut down all plug-ins what I didn't recognize.
I feel like I waste time when I clean up my PC because there's still junk on it. I know junk can 'hide itself' well and sometimes it's a pain to get rid of.
Just wondering if there's a good all-in-one PC cleaner out there that will do it all and keep me safe

The simple answer is no because there is no program which will protect you if your computing habits are unsafe.
If you're not careful junk (or worse) will always get on your computer.
