Inactive Is there anything to fix this problem? on laptop?

Hello! so there is a problem happened couple of days ago...

So Basically my laptop started to lag after using for like 1-4 minutes
and NOT just lag... it also SLOWS the internet it was better than that 100x times

and SLOWS Opening apps, game fps,
Extracting Zip , Rar , 7zip , Files , FREEZES
pc keep crashing like when I can't click anything and the screen get an white effect says File Explorer Not responding and sometimes I get the blue screen

I scanned my pc with MSS but it always say 0 infected files BUT I scanned with windows Security and it founded something called TROJAN There was 2 files infected with this virus or malware...

Every time I try to quarantine Or remove it Didn't work

Is there away to Fix this problem?
