As said, it's standard practice to use high end GPU for CPU testing, so you probably won't see much else.
I don't have to wonder because reasons are simple: review practices try to avoid other components being bottlenecks. If one component is bottlenecking, there is not much point on testing of course. But again, every system has at least single bottleneck and tbh majority of gaming systems are probably bottlenecked by GPU, not CPU. That's why AMD testing actually makes much more sense than standard practices.
