Inactive I've tried every virus/malware removal program (HiJack This Log inside) Help pls

The bottom of my internet explorer gets flooded with tiny windows like a facebook gimmick saying advertise, as well as website redirects a lot, I cannot seem to get it cleaned..What can I do?

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Please, observe following rules:
