What goes around comes around, but what is the use of patents if they decide oh everyone needs to use that so the value of your patent is now a lot less and if I feel like im paying a little to much ill take you to court and reduce its value futher should the samsung apple dispute not be covered by such nonsense not that I agree with patents they should all be scrapped and just purely copyright on brand name

    The great part is Apple is getting screwed. 2.25% is roughly 17 bucks per device. Now when you add how many units Apple has sold. It adds up quickly. I certainly hope Apple has learned a very valuable lesson. Dont poke the sleeping tiger!!!
