Kernel.dll.vbs

Whenever I logged in there is a prompt that c:\windows\system32\kernel.dll.vbs can not be located. Click start then search to locate it. Any idea what it is?

Startup Control Panel
Note: in this one you can disable just about all, except:
Mouse support on Laptops
Your personal Firewall
Your AntiVirus

Autoruns
Note: in this one ONLY do the following:
locate kernel.dll.vbs, and remove it
locate antz.html, and remove it
