D DelJo63 Aug 10, 2013 #4 Most of the postings re issues with kernelbase are related to the .Net V* stuff - - just another proprietary scripting tool from Microsoft. UNINSTALL all of the .Net items in control Panel->Programs and reboot. If you have programs that actually need .Net V*, you will soon discover that and can reload whatever library that program complains is missing.
