Inactive L keep getting webpage not availible messages

I keep getting internet errors messages like
This webpage is not available

The connection to ad.doubleclick.net was interrupted.
Here are some suggestions:

• Reload this webpage later.
• Check your Internet connection. Restart any router, modem, or other network devices you may be using.
• Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
• If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. other will be ,for instance I am surfing ebay looking at items ,it will say page not availible.this appears to be random. after clicking on I a couple of times ,it will usually come up.
Not sure if I have a virus or what.
I have run my avast,malwa bytes,security check,tfc,jrt
please help

Some of my pages are loading incomplete,my home page for instance has pictures missing,my email page usually has ads,they do not load

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
