Hello,

My son is complaining of ping spikes and lagg when I have my computer on. Apparently he does not have a problem when my computer if off. As this is a severe interruption to his gaming, where do I start in trying to find a solution...

1. delete or disable ALL addons in your browser(s)
2. in the Services.msc, disable all those phone-home - updates, like Google services - -you can do these for yourself 1/month and save a ton of network time
3. Do not Map Drives and reconnect automatically - - you don't need assess 24/7 to those shares
