LAN connection problem

Hi, I have problem with my lan.

I am running a lan with a domain.

All computers are working fine, able to detect IP address automatically, except for 2 computers.
I got the Limited Connectivity on the LAN.
I got the error in the event log,
"Your computer has automatically configured the IP address for the Network Card with network address 000FFE5BCE67. The IP address being used is 169.254.178.255."

I've tried to disable, uninstall the network card, then install the network card again but it is still unable to detect the IP address.

Can anyone help me pls.

Faulty cable, faulty network cards, faulty port,

I once found a cable that showed a light on the port but wouldnt work, i have also had cables that test fine with an 8 light test meter but again still wouldnt work.
