Is this a new build? Or did you just update your drivers? Before you try anything else, have you tried a System Restore to a date prior to when the problem started?

If the device isn't working due to missing or faulty drivers, you should probably go to the Lenovo support website and find the most up-to-date drivers for those devices. Judging from your directX diagnostic, your model 20157 indicates you have a Lenovo G580 laptop. If that's the correct model go to the following website, and select your model from the menu to locate drivers for your machine.

Go find your Bluetooth/Modem drivers, and re-install them to see if this resolves the issue. It may be that the driver was corrupted, or a file necessary for its function was deleted/overwritten. Re-installing the drivers should help. While you're at it, you can see if there are any recently updated driver versions for your other components.
