Laptop cooling changed after BIOS update

Hi,
So my BIOS was updated through windows update and since after that the fans speed is very low when I'm using the laptop. However the temperature of the cpu stays under 70 Celsius even when performing burnin test at 100% cpu.
My laptop is 5 mounths old and the fans are clean, no dust or anything like that.
I want to know is that a problem or it's normal.

To know how hot your CPU can get before it is a problem you would have to look up the model of CPU you have and check the manufacturer's specs. I think they refer to it as TDP. I usually do that and then I use temperature monitoring software and then run tests.
