Laptop is slow | Old | Outdate

The laptop that I am doing some work is extremely slow. I have cleared some stuff out and can not manage to make it any faster, I am trying to stay away from reformatting since I do not have an external drive big enough to hold everything.

Your version of Malwarebytes looks to be out of date, so I'd suggest fully updating that and doing a full scan.

I can also see that you've got a lot of applications installed that'll run at start-up and take away memory. Either uninstall them or open up the task manager and under the start-up tab disable some applications that either look unnecessary or impact your start-up time a lot.
